Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture International Exchange Center Participates in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network Crafts and Folk Arts Cities Asia-Pacific Region Online Exchange Meeting

　　2025年3月21日，联合国教科文组织创意城市网络手工艺与民间艺术之都亚洲及太平洋地区成员迎来首次交流会议。景德镇陶瓷文化国际交流中心代表参加了此次会议，与来自亚洲及太平洋地区的众多城市共同探讨文化传承与创新发展。

　　On March 21, 2025, members of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network Crafts and Folk Arts Cities in the Asia-Pacific region held their first exchange meeting. Representatives from the Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture International Exchange Center participated in this meeting, joining numerous cities in the Asia-Pacific region to explore cultural inheritance and innovative development.

　　此次会议由来自手工艺与民间艺术之都泰国素可泰的亚洲及太平洋地区协调人 Witiya Pittungnapoo 发起，旨在加强区域内各成员城市之间的合作，通过学习、分享信息、新闻、活动、项目及优秀实践案例，推动创意城市实现可持续发展。

　　This meeting was initiated by Witiya Pittungnapoo, the Asia-Pacific regional coordinator from Sukhothai, a Crafts and Folk Arts City in Thailand. It aimed to strengthen cooperation among member cities in the region and promote the sustainable development of creative cities by learning from, sharing information, news, events, projects, and excellent practice cases.

　　此次会议中，各城市互相分享建设手工艺与民间艺术之都的相关经验与优秀实践。景德镇陶瓷文化国际交流中心积极响应，在会上与大家共同探讨如何通过陶瓷文化推动创意城市的可持续发展，并邀请大家参加2025年10月举办的瓷博会和创新举办的“1819全球陶瓷嘉年华”活动，以及2026年第52届IAC国际陶艺大会。

　　During the meeting, cities shared their experiences and excellent practices in building Crafts and Folk Arts Cities. Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture International Exchange Center actively responded. At the meeting, it discussed with others how to promote the sustainable development of creative cities through ceramic culture. It also invited participants to the China Ceramic Expo to be held in October 2025, the innovative "1819 Global Ceramic Carnival" event, and the 52nd IAC International Ceramic Art Congress in 2026.
